A Premium Studio in Aster House is available for contract takeover starting January.
The contract runs until 13 June 2026 and can be extended.
In my opinion, this accommodation is excellent and truly worth every penny. I’m only leaving because of a family emergency back home; otherwise, I wouldn’t give it up. The location and all its features are difficult to find together in one place.
This is a great option if you’re unsure which accommodation to choose, because taking over a half-year contract means you only stay until June.
You won’t pay anything for summer break (July or August) since the contract ends in June.
If you decide to continue living there, you can simply speak to the accommodation team about extending or renewing your contract for the new term starting in September.
If you don’t need the lease, please help me by sharing it.
