The property is a nice Victorian era built spacious building which contains a large self contained studio apartment in a three storey building and comprises a large room and has both separate bathroom and kitchen. This is not shared with others as it has its own private entrance and is self contained.

It is located on the second floor of the building. This is centrally located flat in Aston, Trinity Road - in a friendly family neighborhood of Birmingham and benefits with all amenities nearby. For example, schools, shopping centers and convenient stores and restaurants, universities, religious buildings, recreational parks and much more are all very close by. Birmingham City Centre is less than 10 mins drive away and public transport is close by too and easily accessible.

It has been redecorated and is now available for immediate occupancy. Confident that the first to see will want to take, subject to approval.

For your kind information, I am the landlord who is a recognised landlord in Birmingham & Sandwell who treats all tenants fairly; equally; reasonably and try’s to help as much as possible. I am looking for, preferably working professional people or Students as currently there is a student couple in rhe building. However those on benefits may be considered. Since the rise of costs and high bills, I am trying to keep the costs as reasonable as possible to help all my tenants and I have been subsidizing towards the rise in bills impacting all my tenants. Therefore I am trying to keep the price as affordable as possible.

The flat is fully gas central heated, UPVC double glazed windows and has laminate flooring. The bathroom is spacious, contains a shower cubicle and electric shower. The kitchen has a built in electric cooker, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The rent is charged inclusive of all bills and so it is the responsibility of the tenant to be accountable for the efficient use of utilities based on a fair usage policy and the rent is based on a single person. There may be an additional charge for any extra person if couples. Not suitable for couples with children but I can consider this depending upon each individual circumstance.

There will be a need for a valid identity documentation check of each individual looking to rent and they must comply with legal requirements prior to acceptance. Reference checks may be required.

Two months rental advance (one month rent plus one month paid towards a part payment of bills) will be agreed and taken at the start of the tenancy agreement as a standard practice. There is no deposit taken and please note as a good will gesture at the end of the contract the landlord will return the one month advance payment as a deposit subject to good upkeep of the studio.

If students considered to share the apartment then this will be discussed prior to agreement. Payment terms for students may be different, so please enquire if you are a student. For an additional person there may an extra charge at the discretion of the landlord to cover wear and tear and extra usage towards the bulls.
