My 3 bedroom Lodge in the Orchards Holiday Park over in Point Clear, Essex, Post Code CO16 8LJ. Is Available from March 1st 2026. The Lodge is only available for 9 months as the park will shut at the end of November 2026. You will be given Privilege Passes which will give you access to all the park has to offer, Swimming pools, fishing lakes, golf course, plus access to the Owners Lounge which has its own pool and only about a 1 minute walk away from the Lodge. It's a very spacious Lodge with Two double bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom with bunk beds. It has a large kitchen diner and a nice size lounge. The rent is £1400 a month, but with that you won't get any bill like Council Tax, Gas, Electric or water. Which with the cost of everything now could quite easily reach £400 a month or more. I would need a months deposit and would also like a couple of references if possible, I would also want to meet all tenants before I agree to rent out.
