In Thorpe Hamlet, a nice residential neighbourhood, near large food shops, 10 min walk to the station, on bus route and close to the city, cathedral and 11 min by bike to NUA. Beryl share bikes/scooters 1 min away. 3 min stroll to Ketts HIll and the Mousehold estate which has great running trails, walks etc.
ABOUT US:
The house is privately owned and was done up by our family, so we've spent lots of time thinking about how to make the house both practical and nice for sharers to live in. Between us we've spent lots of time living in house shares/renting so we feel like we've used that experience to help. At the moment aspects of the house need a bit of a tidy-up such as the garden.
ABOUT YOU:
We're really looking for a group of friendly renters who ideally know each other already and are keen to stay for a while. Buddy ups, and one pet MIGHT still be considered for the right group.
Management: Referencing etc may be done through an agency, but otherwise Plumstead Road is managed directly by us.
