Bus stop with links to Oxford at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The property has a driveway with off-road parking for two cars. With additional space to park in front of the property on the public road, this gives plenty of parking available for visitors or a third car. The garage is not included in the tenancy.

Definitely a great place to hang out, plenty of room for kids to play safely too, and would be perfect to relax in the sun, to entertain friends and family events (barbeques or garden parties) in the evenings. Access to the property is through a set of double patio window doors. All doors and windows are modern uPVC double-glazed, gas central heating, a modern condensing boiler, and the attic space is also well insulated to keep the warm in and the cold out. Also helped to keep your bills as low as possible. The windows and doors also do a great job of cutting out any unwanted sounds (although being a cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic noise and no random people wandering past the house)
There is a downstairs cloak room off the entrance hall. Door to main downstairs, lovely size L-shaped open-plan living/dining area, the flooring is wood laminate. All rooms downstairs are painted in brilliant white, making the area feel really bright and airy.
A door from the dining area takes you to a bright modern kitchen, with worktops and cupboards to three walls, a kitchen window that overlooks the garden. The tenancy could include a washing machine (6 months old), and an electric cooker. But would need to negotiate this.
The stairs take you to the first-floor landing. Bathroom with 3 3-piece bathroom suites, with an electric shower over the bath. Three bedrooms, all tastefully painted in light neutral colours to create nice calm spaces to relax in. 2 doubles, 1 single, all have fitted cupboards with hanging space for clothes. Main bedroom overlooks the front, the second bedroom, a slightly smaller double, overlooks the garden, and the third single bedroom overlooks the front.
