There is a private nursery (Kindred Hanwell) and state primary school (Oaklands) on our road, both within a few minutes walk. The Grosvenor pub is a 2 minute walk away. There is a pharmacy and GP surgery 5 minutes walk away on Elthorne Park road. 

A big Sainsbury's, and the shops of West Ealing Broadway are a 5 minute walk away. There is a large Waitrose 10 minutes walk away near West Ealing station.
