Great Location: The flat is located at the end of Clarendon Road, with the waterfront mere moments away. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier, go fishing, eat at the many restaurants along the esplanade, or take a swim and catch some sun on the rock beach. There is a Coop about four minutes walk away where you can stock up on groceries and such, a gym (Pyramids) that offers day passes about a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend The Briny for high end dining, or the Southsea Beach Cafe if you're craving something healthy. Truly one of the best areas in town, both for tourists to set about the historic sites, or locals looking for a few nights by the water. The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 30 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby.
