attractive 2 bedroom cottage in a semi-rural location available for short term or long term rental at £1500 per month. I have rented this property out previously and it has been trashed so I am only interested in professionally employed tenants or retired people who can prove their income and pay a good deposit. I am particularly interested in tenants who have an interest in maintaining the gardens otherwise I will make monthly visits to maintain them myself. available unfurnished or furnished at an extra cost. preference will be shown to tenants who can pay 3 or preferably 6 months rental in advance. I am a very respectful landlord who will respond to tenants issues as quickly as possible. I absolutely will not tolerate any failure to make the rental payments.
the property is small and easy to maintain and keep warm. there is no allocated parking but most of the neighbours have their own driveway so parking on the lane isn't normally an issue. there is a bus stop very close by.
