Unfortunately I will not entertain anyone seeking to pay through Leeds City Council/housing benefit tenancy/DSS/Universal Credit. Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults and unfortunately not suitable for individual(s) working from home due to myself covering all the bills and rates.

The property is an extension to my current residence and is a separate annex however, It has a separate entrance, separate large kitchen, separate bathrooms and bedrooms.
