Hoping / planning to then LONG LET it from SEPTEMBER, subject to my works arrangements.

- in-between MOVES or having major works done at their own property
- wanting an initial TRIAL before Long Let commitment in the building, or
- who is relocating to Central London and deciding where to base themselves longer term

THE LOCATION:
My flat is in Centre Point House, 15a St Giles High Street, London WC2H 8LW - please check the location works for you before replying so we do not waste each other's time, etc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
This is the meeting point of Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia in the very heard of the West-End. Known as Centre Point district and right outside just a few seconds from the building is Tottenham Court Road Underground Station. Oxford Street and all its shops are right here too.

I am trying to fix the rental ASAP, even if your move-in/start date is a bit later.
