Non-smoking or strictly outdoors only. It's fine to have a peaceful friend to visit but no parties as everyone is in employment or serious studies.
We provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaning of shared rooms.

Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated- commercial machines (take big loads) - £4 to wash and 50p to dry (prevents queues as full loads are usually washed!)
