Although everyone pads about quietly in this house, they are friendly and polite when you do cross paths.
Non-smoking or strictly outdoors only. It's fine to have a peaceful friend to visit but no parties as everyone is in employment or serious studies.
We provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaning of shared rooms.

Housebills are included in rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, licence for communal TV's water, waste water and waste disposal) - wifi has 4g backup so is reliable. Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated- commercial machines (take big loads) - £4 to wash and 50p to dry (prevents queues as full loads are usually washed!)
