I'm looking for 3 chill, like-minded individuals who are employed full time, aged between 25 and 40, and are looking for a room in a spacious house with a relaxed atmosphere in South London. Ideally animal friendly applicants only as I intend to adopt 1 or 2 cats in the near future and perhaps a puppy further down the line.

Trains run from East Croydon to London Bridge and Victoria in 14 minutes.

I intend to continue with further investment in the house as time passes including new living room and garden furniture, paintings/other decoration and eventually I'd like to build a summer house at the end of the garden for additional office and gym space.
