Financial and Administrative Information

The rent includes all bills based on one person occupancy - gas, electricity, water (subject to reasonable use) council tax, wifi, and two hours' cleaning per fortnight.Â
References will be required, and a deposit of one month' rent. The deposit is not protected by a tenancy deposit scheme, it will be held by the Landlord and returned within two week after the Lodger vacates, subject to deductions for damage or unpaid rent.
A minimum of three months occupancy is required, with the possibility to extend for a longer period, subject to agreement of both parties.Â
The Lodger is responsible for insuring their personal belongings.
