A spacious, bright double room, fully furnished with plenty of natural light. I'm flexible with furniture â items can be added, removed, or rearranged to suit you.

The room will be freshly painted before anyone moves in, and if you commit soon, you're welcome to have a say in the colour.
Our current lodger will be moving out shortly â we're hoping to have someone new in and settled before Christmas Day, and viewings are available now.

You'll have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large garden perfect for BBQs. The living room's great for films or sports â and you'll often have it to yourself, as I'm not home much. Shared bathroom but we also have another toilet just across from your room. 
A cleaner visits twice a month, and dad tidies the kitchen every morning, so the house always feels fresh and welcoming.

We have two friendly cats, so you'll need to be comfortable with pets.

Just a 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, with easy bus links to Liverpool Street, Angel, and the West End.
