The garden is perfect for BBQs in summer, and a locked side gate at the back of the garden to provide easier access to the bike storage.

Connected to the kitchen is seating and a 55" Smart HD TV, for which the TV licence is included. There's plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work, and film nights are always on the menu!

Two parking spaces on the drive, unrestricted on-street parking, and a secure bike shed for those who prefer to cycle.
