After 14 wonderful years on Seton Sands, we are now reluctantly selling our beautiful holiday home.
We sadly lost our best friend, business partner, and caravan co-owner Mark this year which dramatically reduced the opportunity we have had to use the van we so deeply cherish.
We did let out to Family & Friends this year, but felt too closely connected to the caravan to let it out via Haven (although the potential earnings are attractive).
We did attempt to source another site closer to home but unfortunately had no luck due to the caravan being residential spec and therefore considerably larger than most pitches allow.
We're at the point where we'd really appreciate a quick sale whilst our businesses have downed tools for Xmas so we are selling the van 'As it sits'.
As a result, we have priced this (we think) rather attractively given everything on offer; Β£35,000 OVNO.
The van comes with full wrap around decking, metal storage box, patio furniture and we'll leave everything in it such as utensils, plates, cutlery etc.
We'd simply remove what little personal effects there are (if any) leaving this as a 'Turn Key' purchase.
We'd like to thank our Cleaner (Lisa Burns) who has been amazing at allowing us to remotely manage bookings this year, and for anyone consider renting this out privately, you'd do well to keep her in mind.
Leaving Seton Sands was never in our short term plans, and we've spent the last four Christmases on the park, but unfortunately our priorities have had to change.
We'd be delighted to accommodate any viewings by appointment over the next few weeks from any interested parties but please note we're just over an hour from the park so as much notice as possible would be appreciated.
We'll do our best to answer any questions you may have, and have provided the financials below, but please be aware Mark was always the guy more in the know so forgive us if we need to double check figures etc.
