Description

I have been restoring this boat for over 3 years and have done a complete overhaul.
Finished colour will be Gulf Wing Grey with Viking Blue stripes.
Reconditioned Perkins 4108 with all receipts of work undergone from the engineering firm.
Total paint job, and have black anti-fouling ready to paint on the hull.
New flooring: 18mm marine ply, complete floor overhaul and fixing carried out with photo evidence.
2 bedrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with white goods.
Webasto Thermo Top C WATER DIESEL HEATER 12V and 5 X radiators fitted.
240v fitted.
12v system fitted
water pump, shower pump.
I have all pictures of the progress of the renovation from start to finish and just need to a few days of good weather to finish the paint job.
PVC VINLY DECK is also waiting to be laid, but wants to do it right at the end, so she will look brand new when a new buyer takes her. Same with roof rails, they are all brand new and will go back on shortly.
Brand new carpet specially brought for boats and vinyl flooring ready to be laid.
This boat has taken a lot out of me to get it to this stage, and I will never get all the money and time that I've spent, I originally brought to live on but circumstances have changed over the last 3 years.
Whoever gets this will have a fantastic boat for many years to come, and it can easily be taken into the Medway-Thames if required.
The boat will be fully finished by th e 20th of June. and I will be asking 45k a that point once all the fixtures and fittings have been installed.
