Safety Mechanisms: Visual pressure indicators, locking lids, and pressure-release valves. Automatic pressure control.
Dual Functionality: Supports open-lid cooking modes in addition to high-pressure cycles.
Function: Turn the rotating timer knob to select how many minutes to cook from 5 to 30 minutes. Six-section menu scale shows: Fish 5 minutes, rice 10 minutes, meat 15 minutes, congee 20 minutes, soup 25 minutes, bean/tendon 30 minutes.
The two indicator lights above the knob turns red for heating or orange for pressure retention.
Once the timer turns to 0 minutes, push the pressure release button on the lid for ‘quick release’, or wait until the pressure drops for ‘natural release’.
