Description
Vintage - probably mid 20th century 15 inch 38cm diameter durable catering grade cast aluminium pan with thick base which gives even heat distribution for large batch-cooking of preserves or stewing. Two sturdy handles attached with rivets. Base has some small ‘pits’ as can be seen in photo but this has never caused any problem when used for jam and marmalade cooking. Very solid pan. Good condition for vintage pan. £20 ono
