This lovely, big hex pond was originally a custom request for a larger version of our best seller. Measuring approximately 180cm across its widest point with a height of 42cm and a volume of approximately 430 litres, it's certainly eye-catching and the bench top is ideal for perching on to watch your fish or enjoy your aquatic display. Large enough for bigger fountains and plenty of decorations, the display possibilities are endless!


The pond is hand-crafted and are delivered pre-assembled & ready to use. With eye-catching designs and quality, sturdy construction, all ponds and planters are freestanding and feature a solid floor which is supported on plinths to provide stability and strength while allowing air flow below the body and reducing moisture underneath to prolong the life of the wood. Only weather resistant, stainless steel fixings and pressure treated timber are used - all timbers are screwed, not nailed, together.



All cuts are treated with clear wax-free wood preserver before assembly to ensure a protection from wood boring insects, fungi etc (this treatment also adds resins to the wood that provide a great base for paints etc). A second coat is added before shipping. An alternative clear, oil based, water repellent final coat is available if you will be keeping the natural look - let us know after purchasing if you would like this, it's a FREE option! Any coloured product is painted before and after assembly to ensure a great finish all round.



The ponds and water features include non toxic, flexible pond liners which are safe for plants and fish and rated for up to 25 years - they're designed to give years of enjoyment. As a timber product, natural imperfections and variations in colour, grain and appearance of the timber may occur. The wood used can vary slightly in shade from the images shown in the listings depending on availability but the quality will always be the same - great care is taken in every aspect of the production of our products including the selection of timber used.



The product can be painted, stained or treated with suitable outdoor products. Periodic, all over treatment with a quality preserver is highly recommended and will keep your product looking great for years. Although they are suitable for any garden, it is recommended that our ponds and planters are sited on solid, flat, level surfaces. If placed on grass or soil etc. the entire base should be raised and supported on level flagstones or similar to prevent sinking, warping and damage to the product.
