William responded quickly and efficiently to a last minute request as I was let down by another company. Arrived within an hour and all workers were courteous, well presented and eager to get the job done. Can’t fault anything- will be contacting them again with more work.

Will and his team are reliable, and professional everything was explained fully, I knew exactly what I was paying for and the work was done quickly. The video of the work done is also a really good touch considering you can’t see the roof. Would definitely be my go to for any roofing problems.

Staff brought onsite by this team were untrustworthy. They provided false receipts for items they did not purchase and purchased the wrong items for the job. We have tried repeatedly to get in contact with them to no avail. We are at least £2000 out of pocket. We were left in a worse position than when they started. Would not recommend.

Excellent service and work delivered by William and his team. Very good communication turned up when they said and kept us well informed on the work and included a video and pictures of the roof so we can see what has been done. Excellent roofers and would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Following some roof work on my house and conservatory, William and his team have failed to complete as agreed and as per the initial contract. Specifically, William's team failed to repair and re-install decorative finials on the conservatory roof, which they damaged in the first place. Furthermore, they left a considerable amount of builders' rubbish behind - this, despite an agreement to return and finish the conservatory roof work and remove ALL remaining rubbish. Following 13 text messages, 3 phone calls/voicemails and an approach to Bark.com, William has not replied at all. William clearly had a cash flow problem during the course of the roof work, he requested further 'mid-work' payment, with which I complied. When William and team indicated they had finished, with the exception of removng residual rubbish and fixing the conservatory roof finials, William requested full payment. Texts exchanged between us document William's comitment to come back and finish the work and clear away the rest of the rubbish. We agreed a date and time, but guess what ..... William did not show up and has not replied to well over a dozen texts, voicemails, calls etc. in the past 3 weeks. This is sad: a polite and willing team of boys doing what looks to be quality roof work, only to end up like this. This was not a small job, it involved around 10 days' labour and almost £8,000 in payment. Williams Roofing and Construction Ltd has certainly ruined its reputation for quality work, by poor admin and financial management.
