Michael was efficient and effective. He speedily solved the problem, explaining what needed to be done clearly and then did the work immediately. He left the working area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Wonderful!

We’re extremely happy with the plumbing work that was done, uninstalling our old kitchen tap and reinstalling a new one. Excellent job replacing our basin taps, and also got our bathroom taps running nicely. Fixed some mistakes from a previous plumber too! Very good at keeping me updated and sending pictures of what he'd replaced.
