After coming back from our travels from Egypt, we come home to our garden waterlogged and realised it must be a burst pipe. Coming to realise it was our water main pipe that had a hole in it. We were going to go through the house insurance but my partner found a local drainage specialist called Scott. On the 1st meeting to the completion of the job Scott was amazing with his knowledge and thoughtlessness. Came to July house at 3.30pm and didn’t leave until 11pm to make sure the pipe was located and fixed promptly. But doing this we then had the issue of having a blocked pipe running through the feed of the water mains and an airlock upstairs. But we said to Scott to go home as he had worked so hard to sort the mess of a breakage out. The following day Scott came back to sort the rest of the issues out and all the issues were resolved. I couldn’t highly recommend him enough. Very knowledgeable and such a nice man. Works bloody hard. Thanks Scott
