Hired this company to come and fit a new kitchen sink tap. Sent a picture of the tap I wanted with a clear description. Description stated “Sauber Pull out kitchen tap”. Wrong tap was fitted (not pull out function) and I had informed the owner of the company if this could be resolved. It’s been weeks of false hope and being told it will be resolved and to leave the matter up to them to sort out but nothing. We’ve paid £200 for something we didn’t want and the matter is they just can’t be bothered to come and fit a new one to make up for missing out on a particular detail. Very unprofessional and myself and my partner would not recommend.
