Description
Plumber - accomplished and capable plumber required, though perhaps not fully certificated. Some reasonable skills in other 'trades' areas would be useful.
WANTED
Tradesman with plumbing expertise and some other trades skills required, to compliment our small building/maintenance team.
The employer is a small hotel and property business and we are currently building small 'bedroom block' extensions on to the side/back of our existing hotel buildings and converting under-utilised space into en-suit bedrooms.
Applicants will need to be 'user friendly' and approach matters with a sunny disposition. Whilst most of the focus will be on our plumbing repairs and development works, some of the time might be spent doing other 'handyman' type jobs.
We are looking to start the right candidate immediately for a 13 week 'contract' and we would be looking to pay £750-£1000/week or £39k-£52k/annum as an annual equivalent.
If things work out well, there is likely going to be work available on an ongoing basis, we have development works in the pipeline that support a need for these skills on an ongoing basis.
