From picking up the phone to call them to the completion of the work, the entire process was seamless. Great communication, kept me posted as to arrival times etc. I wasn't able to be home for Curtis but my sister was impressed by his professional approach and friendly nature. After a brief call to discuss the issues and what I had already checked he got to work and identified the leak from an old lead pipe quickly. This was repaired with the addition of a new pipe fitting and has stayed bone dry since. I was even more happy when the price was far less than I had budgeted for. A good job done for a fair price, everyone's happy. Would not hesitate to call these guys again; finding reliable, trustworthy tradesmen is not as easy as it once was but I'm genuinely glad I called Heating and Plumbing Doctors.

Engineer Waseem arrived on time, understood scope of work to be done, had researched the make and model of boiler ahead of visit and was aware of any manufacturer service bulletins. Safety checks done and all documentation provided promptly. Was also kind enough to do a gas safety check whilst on site at short notice. Highly recommend this firm and Waseem for all Heating and plumbing works. Would be happy to reuse them again.

They fitted a new boiler for me Baxi main eco-compact. When they first came out I had no heating and hot water. They left me with hot water and then they came back a few days later to install the new boiler. New boiler in Coventry and im happy 😃

Had Waseem and Curtis replace a bath tub for me as my old one had cracked, sent Waseem the photos on WhatsApp and he was able to provide me with a quote. I was happy with the quote and proceeded to book him in the following week. I provided the bath and he advised me during the day of what parts I needed which was very helpful. They arrived promptly around 9am and worked throughout the day to complete job, kept me well informed during the day and tidied up when they left. Nice and relaxed to talked to and kept me feeling comfortable about what they were doing, they only had to knock out two tiles which was even better for me as I anticipated more to come off. Bath was fitted nicely with a good wooden structure to support along with the legs. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
