I had a great experience with Ali, the gas engineer. He was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. When I called about an issue, he went the extra mile by offering to video call me so he could see my gas meter and help me resolve the problem right away. His helpful attitude and quick thinking made the whole situation stress-free. We definitely need more people like him in this line of work. Highly recommended!
