I cannot recommend T4 plumbing and Sayeed highly enough for my new boiler install. From the start he was so clear and professional. He educated me before the installation day, gave a full breakdown of costs and materials needed, and answered all my messages promptly. On the day he was punctual, neat and tidy, and really respected my home. He even took his shoes off before I had to ask — something I’ve had to chase other tradesmen for in the past. He took his time explaining how the new boiler worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything. What really stood out was after the install he sent the invoice and said to only pay once I was 100% happy with how the boiler was running. After past experiences of tradesmen rushing for payment and then disappearing when issues came up, this honesty meant a lot. If you need a reliable and trustworthy gas engineer, book T4 plumbing. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely excellent service. Have used them many times, and will continue to use them in the future. I informed them of all the electrical and plumbing jobs that I needed done all around the house, garage and loft on WhatsApp and they made a plan and got it all done perfectly.

I had a very good experience overall. The engineer was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. The quality of the installation is excellent — the pipework is neat, tidy, and well laid out, and everything looks clean and properly finished. He took care with the work and the system is now running much better than before, so I’m happy with the overall outcome. The one point I would highlight is the positioning of the pump. It has been installed after the two-port valve, whereas ideally it should have been positioned before the valve to allow more balanced flow throughout the whole system. As it stands, the current position tends to favour the upstairs radiators more than the rest of the house. I understand there may have been space limitations, but from a system design point of view, placing the pump before the valve would have provided more even heat distribution across all floors. That said, this is a relatively minor point compared to the overall quality of the work. The installation itself is solid and neatly done, and I would still recommend him based on the standard of workmanship.

Top tier service from T4! Very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. The service I used was to install a Hive thermostat. I was taken through the process in an easy to expmain mannger and everything was set up really well. I will definitely use this company again for all my future gas and boiler needs!

Sayeed diagnosed the fault with my boiler within minutes unlike the engineer sent by the manufactures who ummed and ahhed a lot and left without making a decision. His prices are fair and he went out of his way to find me a thermostat that is simple to operate
