Mr. Jawad and Mr. Ricky arrived promptly and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fully equipped for the job. They diagnosed the fault quickly and accurately, carried out the repair on the spot, and even advised on preventative measures to avoid future problems. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to quality service were outstanding. J Heating & Plumbing will now be my only service company for any future heating or plumbing needs. One of the best experiences i have had when it comes to repair work at my home specifically my gas boiler. Period. Did a honest, thorough job taking time to show me the steps to what was needed to be repaired and why , whilst offering options to the best way outcome and price bracket for the customer. On top of the that pointing out and showing additional problems that i had no idea was there and making sure those where also taken care off. My 15year old boiler looked almost new by the time he had finished and was working like a charm. 5 stars!!!!. Will be hiring again for sure.

Had issue with my hot water, J came down within an hour and diagnosed the fault and went and bought the part and fitted the same day, for a reasonable price. Quick, efficient and professional.

Jawad is really hard working and honest and I couldn’t be happier with the work he carried out today. He was very upfront about costs and didn’t try to exaggerate the work in order to line his pockets like some tradesmen do. I am so impressed, I won’t hesitate to contact him in the future..
