The Service was excellent throughout. All the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Justin and Tom completed an excellent job, keeping me informed as they commenced each stage. I am impressed and delighted with the completed roof. I appreciated the contact with Amy in the Office who was friendly and efficient and proved very helpful.

The whole team have been polite and helpful right from the initial leaflet drop. Despite the job not being as straightforward as we would have liked we were guided through the process and given a number of options to consider. The work was carried out as promptly as the weather would allow but the team worked through some wet and cold days! We are both pleased with the results and have already spoken to others nearby giving a positive review. We would recommend paperwork is sent out promptly when changes are needed for customer reassurance. Thank you to everyone involved for a great job well done.

From the word go the whole process has been very smooth and efficient. Admittedly trying to write this review was frustrating but that has not detracted from the overall experience.
