Loquat Tea
Loquats leaves are very high in antioxidants, chemicals that help protect your cells against damage and disease. One study showed that loquat leaves had a stronger antioxidant effect than 54 other medicinal plants. The plant will grow to 3-5 meters in 10-15 years. It grows stronger and faster when grown in the ground rather than a pot. Pictures no 3-5 are of my loquat plant in my garden in London (summer 2024)
