Description
Selling my 1997 Benford 3 ton dumper. I’m loathed to be selling it as it’s been a fantastic machine for us. It’s now just a little on the big side for what we now require, so replacing it for a 1 ton high tip.
It starts first turn of the key, drives brakes and stops. The bucket is clean and very straight.
I’ve fitted a flood light which is handy for the winter months. I’ve also put a tow ball on it which is super handy for moving trailers, boats etc.
It was fully services at the start of 2024 and had 4 brand new tyres fitted.
The only thing that doesn’t work is the handbrake. However, you can stop the machine in 1st gear on a very steep hill and load the bucket full and she’ll not budge.
This is a great machine and honestly one of the most versatile pieces of plant I’ve owned. Sadly they don’t make them like this any more. Viewing welcome.
