Description
Tokheim produced a variety of hand pumps for different applications, including fuel and oil dispensing. This "High Vacuum" model was designed to draw liquids from a storage tank into a separate container by vacuum, which meant the liquid did not come into contact with the pump mechanism itself, preventing contamination.
