Balanced Body MOTR. RRP £485 new.
The MOTR combines a foam roller with a resistance-rope system, giving you around 8 exercise positions for strength, balance, cardio, core and rehab work. Designed by Darya Bronston. Used in Pilates studios and by physios as a compact alternative to a reformer.

• MOTR roller (110cm)
• 2 removable extensions with variable-resistance ropes and handles
• 2 stability wedges
• Locking lid
• Carrying strap
All accessories store inside the roller tube, so it packs away in a cupboard. 9kg, user capacity 158kg, suits users up to 193cm.
