Description
Thirty years as a piano tuner and technician at Place des Arts in Montreal – including the Maison Symphonique since its opening in September 2011 – concurrently with twenty years at Radio-Canada and the "STUDIO" in Morin Heights. Work performed on the Kawai 500 (5'8"):
- New German-made strings (Roslau - trichords - GC Piano - basses).
- New #3 tuning pins.
- New Renner hammers.
- The action is in perfect condition, and all the key and damper slide felts are like new, without any wear or warping.
- The instrument has been tuned and voiced, and all Schwander-type mechanical adjustment points have been adjusted to Kawai specifications.
- The cabinet is in excellent condition with only a few minor marks.
- The instrument comes with its original bench, which has never been used and is like new.
- The sound is superb, the action is impeccable and performs flawlessly, capable of meeting the demands of any pianist.
