C Bechstein rare model 9 c1925 Upright Piano Mahogany *free stool + 1st tuning* *lovely sound*

Description

Lovely 1920s Bechstein model 9 piano (overstrung not to be confused with the straight strung 10 which is not as highly regarded).

Plays with a lovely soft mellow tone. Fairly light action with original natural tooth keys. In a Mahogany finish. Has been tuned recently to concert pitch A=440hz. All tuning pins are nice and tight and in good working order. No problems with cracks in the wrest plank (as the earlier 9's tend to suffer from).

These 1920s pianos are quite rare to find in comparison to the earlier more common 1900-1910 ones. And sound alot better in my opinion.
