Bluthner Upright Piano in Rosewood *free tuning + matching stool* elegant piece

Description

Lovely sounding Bluthner. Overstrung and underdamper which is the most desirable model. Sweet but not overly mellow tone. Fairly light touch. Aesthetic Rosewood case with attractive grain accents. Inspection and audition welcome in Barking, East London. Has been tuned recently and sitting comfortably at concert pitch 440Hz. Holds pitch fine. Comes with matching gloss mahogany adjustable stool (pictured in last photo with green leatherette cushion).

Has some recent restoration work done such as all damper felts replaced. New tapes/ loops. Some hammer shanks changed (lighter coloured wood). Also a new bichord bass string. So its clearly been looked after and cared for in the past. The hammer heads look to be in decent condition as pictured. These usually sell for £3500+ in shops.

I'm a sole trader and can offer an after sales tuning with the piano if your are based locally in London or nearby Hertfordshire.

I also know some good professional piano movers who can move this within that same region to ground floor. Likely for around £200 for what is an extremely heavy piano.

Viewings welcome in Barking, East London. Piano is on the 2nd floor of a warehouse (indoors climate controlled) with a few other mainly German pianos. There is a big industrial lift so its basically a ground floor move no steps.
