Description
At Living the Dream K9, our passion for dogs drives everything we do. Our dog training services are tailored to address each dog’s unique needs, whether it’s mastering leash walking, improving socialisation, or overcoming reactivity. With a focus on balanced training methods, we’re here to guide your dog toward greater confidence and well-being. We are experienced in working with multiple different breeds, and specialise in training rescue dogs and reactive dogs. We do not use e-collars.
**How We Work**
If you decide to train with us, we’ll book you in for a training assessment (£50* for one dog, with each additional dog being +£25). In a training assessment, we come to you, and we assess your dog to understand the severity of the behaviour problems you're experiencing and to understand how you're currently managing the behaviour.
After an assessment, we’ll give you a full quote for training and advise on how many sessions you’ll need with us. We charge £75 per session* (for one dog, with each additional dog added at +50%), and sessions last between 1-2 hours. We will usually suggest a number of sessions where we take your dog for training, and then a 'handover' where we then teach you the techniques we use to properly communicate with your dog!
Both Harry and Gabby attend training sessions, so you get 2 trainers for the price of 1, we travel to you, and we use all our own equipment. We also have access to a dog pack, so can work on dog introductions and exposure if needed.
If you think we can help, please contact us via our website, email address, or phone!
* For distances outside of 15 miles (or 30 mins) we include an additional charge of £5 per 30 minutes driving.
*For extreme cases of agression/reactivity we charge an additional cost because of the heightened risk. These cases are quoted completely independently of our usual rates.
