PLEASE SHARE FAR AND WIDE DERBYSHIRE AND MERSEYSIDE
Spoon is a hand reared pet pigeon. Last seen 19/07/26 8:30am at Gateham Grange camping field. Home town is in Crosby, Liverpool so may have flown in that direction.
Things to look out for:
- One pink metal leg band with name and phone number
-One pure white feather on tip of right wing
-Dark grey blue check colour type
-Unusually friendly. Will take food and sit on heads
-Larger and healthier looking than average feral pigeon
If you see her:
- Contact number on leg ring or poster
- Try to contain - lure into cat carrier etc with favourite treats (de shelled sunflower seeds)
-She knows her name and several commands - “Spoon”, “Step up”, “Come here”. Only when treats are around.
