Description
This trailer is ideal for dogs up to 15kg (small to medium sized dogs - our dog is a Working Cocker spaniel.)
This trailer is really well made and can be packed down flat for transport/storage easily. Has quick release wheels and has both ventilation mesh door and waterproof zip cover. Has a safety flag you can attach if you're on the road. The trailer has a simple attachment to the rear wheel axle which has a safety strap and clip. Inside the trailer there is also a safety strap for you to attach to your pet's Collar. I can give you a copy of the instruction manual.
Selling as unfortunately our dog didn't take to the trailer - mainly as she's bit older and doesn't enjoy travelling in a car either. It would be best to introduce this to your dog as a puppy. My advice would be to start with just having trailer with no wheels in the house and get dog comfortable going in and out. Then add the wheels and repeat in/out training. Follow up with very short time with dog in trailer and just walking the bike and build up to cycling with the dog.
I bought from Alpkit last July and it has only been used a couple of times in dry conditions. There is a very small amount of damage to the fabric at rear (but it doesn't affect the performance of the trailer in any way.
This. trailer has a current RRP of c. £190-£200 so looking for £125.
