Miniature dachshund+ crate

This Teddy unfortunately I have no time for him due to personal circumstances he was born 26 November 2025. He has had all his vaccinations and microchipped which will be transferred. He's had been dewormed and flea every month. He's is registered with vets and it could be transferred he is also insured 24 per month. He is great with kids and very friendly just wants to play and meet new people. Very good temperament. Doesn't bark much unless there's a knock at the door but he is trained to sit stay run eat sleep go poo and wee. He sleeps from 11pm ish till about 6am he is on solids and mix of wet food. He is not fussy he does like cooked chicken. He doesn't have treats outdoors but he will well behaved without it. I have paid a lot for him and would just want the amount I spent on him. I am looking for a good home preferably in East London so I can still see him around. Someone who can keep me updated on him every once a month till he turns 1. And maybe once a year after that. He will suit small apartment but a big garden would be lovely for him. My flat is very small and cramped and at the moment I have many issues with my property which is not safe for him to be in due to water leaks and electrical issues. So I'm having to find him somewhere new.
