I had such a great experience with this pest control service. They were so prompt and quick to respond, I called and was able to have someone out the very same day, which was such a relief. I spoke with Dennis, who was incredibly helpful, and then Ed, the technician who came, was absolutely lovely. Both were professional, kind, and made me feel at ease in a stressful moment. They really helped me when I needed it, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

They seemed fine at first, sent me how they operate and said they come at least twice, 2 weeks apart, and that they block where the mice are coming in and offer a 6 month guarantee. They weren’t the cheapest but I liked the guarantee. So I asked them to come, and I paid in full at the end of the visit. However after coming out once and laying the bait, they didn’t come back. I sent a message after 2 weeks saying we still have mice. He replied saying we need to leave it longer. I messaged again after 1 month and that time got no reply. Over the next few days I sent half a dozen messages, all were ignored. I am going to report this to the bank as a fraud also.

The service was amazing! I’ve had mice 3x over the last few years and other services have put poison diwn, come and checked, said all fine! And they haven’t really got rid of them for good. This service took the time to not just get rid of the current infestation but see exactly where their entry points were to prevent against future infestations, completely blocking the areas! I haven’t seen or seen signs of any mice since. It wasn’t the cheapest but completely worth it for long term benefits and worth the money to not have to keep shelling out several times! Meaning long term savings! Thank you! Highly recommend!
