Hi I'm a level 3 Personal trainer and gym instructor, I have been a In the fitness industry for 20 years and i have 25 years experience i have designed works to target specific goals Muscle toning ,Weight loss,Stamina building Hyper-Trophy, i have a work space in the heart of London sw1 Victoria it is very accessible but The Difference is i also provide Home visits Yes I bring gym to you free weights, bench,Mat Etc.
I also offer a massage service in house where I bring the massage table and accessories to you and treat you in the comfort of your own home i do deep tissue and standard full body massages .
Price is as follows
1 PT session 60 per session 1hr (70 for Home visit )
10 PT sessions 550 10hrs ( 650 for Home visit )
20 PT sessions 1000 20hrs(1200 for Home Visit )
Massage price is as follows
1 Massage session 70 for 40mins
10 Massage sessions 650
20 Massage sessions 1200
