That’s where I help.

I’m a personal trainer at FoxGym in Penge with 10+ years of experience, and I specialise in helping beginners feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
You don’t need to be fit already.
You just need someone who can explain things clearly and guide you properly.

I’m also a qualified massage therapist, so I understand the body, injuries and joint issues. I’ve helped many clients improve knee pain, back problems and movement confidence.

Most of my clients are 35–66 and started as complete beginners.
No judgement. Just support, guidance and real progress.

I’ve been training with Sarah for almost a year, and I actually look forward to going to the sessions! Sarah makes training fun, she pushes you to push yourself and she is always watching and perfecting your form. I’ve gained a huge amount of confidence in the gym and now know how to use all the machines in the correct way. She also checks in regularly and is thoughtful and passionate about helping others. Would 100% recommend!

Sarah is a great. her workout regiment is very structured, and she takes into consideration your health issues. my fiancé introduced when we were at the gym and one of her appointment cancelled so she offered to train us after that first session I never knew how pain felt so good. Sarah helps focus on your goals and structures the workout to help achieve it. I wanted to be leaner and toned and she worked with me to help achieve that. She did give me some home work exercises to do before we next meet up but it well worth it has you see the progress to your body. Training with Sarah I've felt more motivated to workout a lot more and how I approach training. She can be tough when she wants you to do one more rep than you think u can do but her ways do work. Ultimately I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to lose weight, put on some muscle or Don't know where to start. Her cool attitude will rob off on you. by the end of it, you won't believe that pain as ever felt so good after you finish your first workout with her.

She tailors every session to focus on exactly what you want to work on, and she takes the time to ensure you fully understand the correct movements to achieve your goals.
