My Name is Dee, and I am a fully qualified female personal trainer. I love fitness and I am completely motivated by helping people to achieve their goals. I specialise in fat loss, clients kick starting a body and lifestyle transformation and mental health. I have the knowledge and determination to help you achieve these goals in the most effective way!

My service doesn't end after your session is over, you are free to contact me as and when you need to for general advice, nutritional advice or general motivation. I am here to help you every step of the way!

I have 15 years of experience in personal training and I have listed my qualifications below. I am also a black belt in Karate, so I can incorporate a wealth of varied knowledge and training techniques into our sessions.

CYQ - Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training

LAO - Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Personal Training (QCF)

CYQ - Level 3 Diploma in GP Exercise Referral (QCF)

My GP referral qualification has also allowed me to work with clients with a range of physical and psychological issues such as depression and anxiety. Whatever your issue may be, we can complete your session in the best way to suit your needs, and to get the best workout possible for you.

I train my clients in my own private gym room.
