Highly professional company. Surveyor arrived when he said. Told him wanted I would like doing. Checked loft out and said no problem, better than some others who wanted to do their own thing. Quote sent through quickly detailing exactly what they would do. Fitters arrived on time. Completed work to a high standard. Repeatedly checked with me that what they were doing was what I wanted. Vacuumed up when they finished, would not even know they had been here. Would highly recommend this firm

From start to finish from an initial visit and Quinton to the completion of the job the team were friendly. The team who insulated the loft space were polite and extremely tidy in the work, I viewed the work as it proceeded with them and I am totally satisfied. Great workmanship great value would highly recommend next generation insulation.

We contacted Next Generation Insulation having read very positive reviews for their work on spray foam removal. We have not been disappointed and they lived up to their reputation. From our initial contact with Dean, who came out on a Sunday morning, we had immediate trust in him. He inspected the loft and confirmed our concerns with the foam insulation, gave us recommendations but did not push. A fair quote was received within two days and no deposit was requested. Andy, David and Jay carried out the spray foam removal but found extensive damage to the felting beneath. Further inspection showed rotting lathes and tile slippage. Consequently a roof repair job was urgently required. Scaffolding was arranged immediately and plans were made to secure the roof. They worked tirelessly to replace membrane and lathes in terrible conditions and did not stop, even when soaked, to make the roof watertight for the weekend. The whole job of roof repair and re insulation to a high standard was completed within a further two days, seven in total. We were kept informed with progress at every stage. We cannot thank the team enough, including Luke, for their work ethic, diligence and good humour. Our recommendation for this company is completely unreserved - they are amazing.

New loft insulation and roofing work completed for my parents. Dean came out and went through everything was very clear no pressure. Work completed when they said it would be, good communication all the way through all staff very friendly and very professional did a great job would highly recommend.
