Description

Norfolk Land & Property Renovations (NLPR)

We're a Norfolk-based team carrying out land and property work for homeowners and businesses. Based near King's Lynn, we cover a wide area across West Norfolk and beyond, so get in touch even if you're not on our doorstep.

We take on everything from small one-day jobs to full outdoor and property projects, which means you can use one reliable team instead of juggling several trades:

• Groundwork, foundations and concrete bases
• Driveways
• Landscaping and gardening
• Fencing
• Garden buildings and sheds
• Tree surgery and removal
• Demolition, site clearance and waste removal
• Carpentry and flooring

We keep things straightforward: we turn up when we say we will, give clear pricing before work starts, keep the site tidy, and leave you with a job done properly. Whether you need a garden cleared, a base laid for a new shed, or a plot prepared for building, we'll talk you through the options and get it sorted.

Had a load of turf in the garden needed sorting out, these guys turned up, quoted a very fair and transparent price across materials and labour, had it ripped out and renewed in 2 days, good team of hard working people, honest, professional and got the job done well

Thanks again to the team, super happy with all of the work they did for me - sorted the trees/shrubbery out, new fence installation and landscaping in general was brilliant and very professional, top lads. Definitely hear them out on proposals and the quotation process, one to be considered in your short list for sure, great stuff

These guys did a pretty major tree removal for me - largest one being 9M. All taken down in sections, logged and taken away, garden left really tidy and a lot more light being let in. Gave realistic timeline as to when the work would be done, they took an extra day to come and prep the area and safely work around power lines and cables etc. Great job from the team and will likely have them back to landscape the garden wirh patio and turf now that it’s opened up so much more!

I've a small to medium garden project that these guys did for me and was very happy with, proper quality work, got the job done when they said they would and didn't mess about though also didn't rush it either. Quality was brilliant. Great finish on the garden and didn't try to cram it in or finish too quick, took their time and done it properly.
