Job was to remove hedges/ivy grind out the stump roots. They came a day late due to van having broke down, the next day they arrived around 3pm to do the work after telling me the van was broke down again, whilst working Simon disappeared to do a job for a neighbour leaving 1 person working on my booked in job. They finished around 8pm when It was getting dark so i wasn't able to check the work properly. They borrowed a brush a did a quick tidey up as they were due to return the next day to fit new fencing after informing me he had cancelled another job so he could return to complete the arranged work. However the next day I received a message saying the van was broke again. I asked when they would be able to return to complete the work as i wanted to get on with other work. There was no response. The day after I messaged again to enquire if he knew when he would be able to do the fence work and have had no reply. I had waited over a week for the hedges to be removed and paid for that part of the job after it was done. However since cleaning up all the debris left by them I've discovered quite a few stumps that have not been ground down. Whilst the lads seem friendly enough I would not recommend them as they are totally unreliable and there are still roots requiring to now be dug out. I've now found someone who will be able to complete the work that they failed to do. I've given 2 stars as they did do some work but also did leave a mess.

After storm Darragh 7/8 dec 2024,i woke up to my tree had fallen & landed on my outbuildings & summerhouse they were totally crushed, on receiving a few quotes, simon & Ant came to my rescue, quote was competitive & suited my budget in the devastating loss, they shown empathy & helped me in everyway possible, i hired Simon & Ant, & they acted quickly professionally & gave me reassurance that they will help in any way possible, all i can say is, its not that often you meet tradesmen that care about what they do but care about the customers & service they provided, and have truly, great values to all that they do, also after the work they made area safe, also tidy when leaving,... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMON & ANT & I WILL DEFINITELY BE HIRING THEM AGAIN FOR MORE TREE & GROUND WORK...
