Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Private Client Legal Administrator to join our clients esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional services to clients within the private client department, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Fee Earners & Solicitors in managing client files and documentation throughout the process.
* Communicate with clients and other parties to gather necessary information and provide updates.
* Prepare and organise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Schedule appointments and manage diaries to ensure timely progress of cases.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
