Your new company

As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in the global payroll function, working closely with the Payroll Manager to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. You'll support payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, maintain high‑quality data, produce reports for Finance and HR, and assist with statutory filings. The role also includes supporting system improvements, testing integrations (including Workday), managing queries, and contributing to process optimisation within a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Your new role

2+ years' experience in payroll or finance operations

Strong understanding of payroll processes and principles

Experience working with multi‑region payroll (UK, US or APAC advantageous)

Proficiency with Excel and payroll/HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

High attention to detail, accuracy, and an analytical mindset

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service‑focused approach

A proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement

CIPP/APA qualification (desirable but not essential)What you'll need to succeed
